Once your booking is confirmed, you can either pick up the equipment or schedule delivery. At the end of your rental period, just return the equipment or arrange a pickup.
We require a valid government-issued ID and a credit or debit card for payment and security. Business rentals may need proof of insurance or a company account setup.
Yes, we strongly recommend reserving ahead, especially during busy seasons. You can book online, call us directly, or visit our location. Early reservations help ensure your equipment is ready when you need it.
Absolutely. We offer delivery and pickup across Northeast Ohio. Fees depend on distance and equipment type. Just let us know your jobsite address when booking, and we’ll coordinate drop-off and return times.
If something goes wrong, contact us right away. We provide support for equipment issues and will either troubleshoot the problem or replace the unit as soon as possible so your project stays on track.
You can pay with credit/debit card or through approved business accounts. Some equipment may require a refundable security deposit, depending on the item and rental length. Final charges are based on actual rental time and equipment condition upon return.
Yes. Just give us a call before your rental ends. If the equipment is available, we’ll extend your rental and update the billing accordingly. No need to rebook from scratch.
We ask that you return equipment in clean, reasonably tidy condition. For fuel-powered units, please refill fuel tanks before return. Cleaning or refueling fees may apply if equipment is returned dirty or empty.
Yes. We offer flexible weekend rentals and early pickup/late drop-off options by request. Let us know your schedule and we’ll work with you to meet it.
